01 / Beyond the opportunity feed

Finding the opportunity
is only half the work.

SAM.gov gives you the opportunities. Reading the solicitation, assessing fit, and turning a blank document into a response still takes your team's time. That's where The Bid Desk comes in.

What a typical opportunity feed gives you

  • Solicitation title
  • Agency
  • Deadline
  • Link to the documents

What The Bid Desk adds

  • Company-specific fit assessment
  • Solicitation requirements reviewed
  • Executive summary draft
  • Technical approach outline
  • Past-performance shell
  • Compliance checklist

02 / The work, not just the promise

This is what lands
on your desk.

A considered opportunity brief. The writing started.
The requirements organized. All tailored to your company, with the decisions left to you.

03 / A working desk, not another platform

Send us your company
background. We do the legwork.

01

Tell us about your company.

Share your capabilities, contract vehicles, relevant past performance, and what kinds of contracts you pursue.

02

We research and evaluate.

We examine SAM.gov opportunities and identify the strongest matches based on fit, eligibility, and available information.

03

We prepare the drafts.

You receive the opportunity briefs and first-draft proposal sections for each suitable match we identify.

04

You decide and submit.

Your team reviews, completes, and files any proposals you choose to pursue.

Your team retains final bid decisions and submission responsibility.

If the right opportunities aren't there, you don't pay for missing briefs. If we cannot identify four suitable opportunities within 30 days, we refund $123.75 for each brief not delivered. You keep everything delivered.

05 / Built for your kind of team

Built for contractors
who bid without a
proposal department.

You already pursue federal work. Your leadership team knows the business, but evaluating solicitations and getting a response underway compete with everything else on the desk.

The Bid Desk is designed for established small federal contractors, particularly 10–100-person firms, who need more capacity, not another opportunity feed. It is not a SAM.gov registration service or a guide to your first federal contract.

06 / Before you begin

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Do you submit proposals for us?

No. Your team reviews the drafts, completes the proposal, makes the final bid/no-bid decision, and submits independently.

Do you guarantee we'll win?

No. We do not promise contract awards or guarantee compliance. We provide research and first-draft support, not a substitute for your proposal judgment and final review.

What do you need from our company?

Your capabilities, contract vehicles, relevant experience, past-performance information, and the types of federal work you pursue. We use the information you provide to assess fit and tailor the drafts.

Is this a recurring subscription?

No. The pilot costs $495 once and covers a 30-day research window. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

How are opportunities selected?

We review SAM.gov notices and available solicitation documents against your company's capabilities, contract vehicles, eligibility, relevant experience, and past performance. We explain the fit and flag requirements or uncertainties that need your review.

What if there aren't four suitable opportunities?

If we can't identify four suitable opportunities within your 30-day window, we refund $123.75 for each brief we don't deliver. You keep everything we did deliver.

How much of the proposal is actually written?

For each opportunity, we prepare a first-draft executive summary, a technical approach outline, a past-performance section shell tailored to your information, and a compliance checklist based on the solicitation. These are starting materials, not a finished proposal. Your team verifies the facts, completes all remaining sections, checks compliance, and submits.

Your next federal opportunity shouldn't start with a blank document.

Start with a target of four qualified matches and proposal drafts prepared for your company.
